And so happy it is all quiet. 4 days home and Katie is getting stronger so fast. Her cardiologist was pleased today and her burns are slowly healing. So this will probably be the last posting of Katie Updates. Hallelujah for all quiet.
One of the worst moments for me was stopping in a hall with Larry and Adam to have what our family always called a group hug. I wanted the support it always gives, but the realization that Katie wasn't part of it nearly did me in.
I am so grateful that when we are all next together our group hug will be whole. I pray yours will be too. Thank you all for caring and supporting and praying for us and especially Katie.
See you Texans soon I expect.
