Thank you to my sons who dropped everything to be with us and to their families who took care of things at home while wanting to be here too. And Dena who dropped everything to be with her best friend. Heather who slept in the waiting room, Karen, Patty and Prissy, Sharon and Margie and all her dental friends who were a constant support. Thank you Darla, Dani, Jared, Mike and all our "family and old friends" who made the long drives to be with us. Drs. Eliel and Chad who helped mine information from the system and give explanations Thank you DJ and friends who made Sabbath lunch for the whole crew and remembered Adams birthday.
