I wasn't at the hospital last night.  The top on Katie's septic tank collapsed, and broke a water sprinker line.  I was able to fix the broken line, but didn't finish until 9pm.  Vickie and Richard were there until quite late.  I saw Katie briefly this morning.

Everything is fine with Katie.  She is in good spirits.  Going back to yesterday, some of Katie's odd sentences and quasi-out of place comments are receding.  While I wasn't there long this morning, she seemed even better, completely normal in this respect.

And, isn't it great that I am blogging about the nuances of the periphery of her relational expertise!  Nothing to blog about about her physical condition other than she is getting stronger all the time.  Her voice is almost back.  You don't have to lean over to hear.  It isn't strong, but soon I will have to ask her to tone it down!

Vickie will go in today.  Richard is taking the evening shift.  I will have the night shift.  That is the best laid plans at the moment, dependent on the vagaries of our lives and schedules.

I still assume plans are to move her into a room somewhere today.  She will never be without telemetry, without 24/7 every second monitoring of her heart rhythm.
