Shaping up to be a rollercoaster day. This one is a good one. Katie just opened her eyes twice to me. The first time was blank. The second time appeared to be a little more focused.
I was able to acquire a "GCS" number for our physician friend. It was a 3 yesterday on sedation and a 5 today. She's responding to my voice as well - a good sign.
Thanks so much for these updates, my wife and I are constantly checking, we love Katie and can't wait for to wake and be ok.
