Katie is sleeping like a baby. The best way to describe her frame of mind earlier might be someone who had drunk too many Red Bulls... talking too fast, and too hyper. It was almost as if she were trying to catch up on the missed days. She was happy and almost bubbly at times. Artificially so.
Again, I am increasingly appreciative of the nurse or two who warned of odd behavioral artifacts after such an event.
Vickie and the night nurse conversed partly in my hearing, me being across the room, about Katie moving to another floor. If I understood, she is about ready to move, but might not move until Monday.
