Katie is receiving an echo cardiogram at the moment. Should take about 45 minutes and has already been going for a bit. She is in a specialized bed that rotates her (picture of bed before she was moved to it). This improves lung function. While she is no longer on a paralytic, her sedation will not be discontinued until she can come out of the bed. It does not appear as if that will occur today.
